If you’ll be sitting or sleeping for over an hour, it’s recommended that you wear the DVT sleeves.
The risk of developing DVT is highest when you’re inactive, so feel free to use it as much as you’d like when immobile.

Step 1: Make sure the device is firmly attached to your leg. The garment should fit snugly around your leg during use. Refer to the quick start guide or user manual for proper fitting instructions.

Step 2: If the device still inflates improperly, remove it from your leg. Connect it to the provided power supply cord and let it charge for at least 3 hours. After charging, reapply it to your leg following Step 1 instructions, turn it on, and let it run for 5 minutes. If the problem continues, contact customer service for a replacement.

It usually takes approximately 3-4 hours to fully charge a depleted battery when the device is powered off.
